Hi, have you followed this tutorial : http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/InstallJbossPostgres Yes, as I have mentioned I have a working Debian/JBoss/PostgreSQL/xwiki installation.
You just have to create the database. XWiki will generate all the table he needs. Yes, I have done that, but in that case I do not seem to able to log in as admin (using Admin and admin as user and password). Sure, the user admin does not exist in a blank wiki. Check in your file xwiki.cfg if you have the superadmin password set: xwiki.superadminpassword=toto
after you can log in with superadmin/toto.
actually, when you install xwiki, you have a blank wiki without the admin functions. We have to do a database with it, but you can copy it from another wiki. What does the phrase "without the admin functions" mean?
Admins functions are wiki pages which allow you to manage your users, groups, class... Jérémi -- Blog: http://www.jeremi.info LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/profile?viewProfile=&key=1437724 Project Manager XWiki: http://www.xwiki.org skype: jeremi23 -- msn et gtalk : [email protected]
