[xwiki-users] Watch 1.1 Installation Problem

I was unable to install the Watch functionality in a Xwiki enterprise 1.8.3. I followed the instructions but do not know how to execute (I am logged in as Admin): In Administration > Preferences > Advanced, add WatchCode.Translations as an Internationalization Document Bundle.
