[xwiki-users] know the bandwidth?

Hello XWiki community, does anyone know of a little add-on we could use that it's possible to guess the bandwidth each of the users? I am supposing that a simple filter could do the trick. This would allow us to choose the best representation for delivering a movie depending on it. thanks in advance Paul
