objects not saving

Hello, I sometimes see strange behaviour in my applications. I'm using a lot of templates, where users fill in forms. But when saving I don't see the object in my presentation sheet, I rather get back an empty page. It seems to be happening at random. Has somebody experienced this kind of behaviour as well?
