[xwiki-users] Activity performance is slow

Hi all, I have XE3.2 installed on an Win2003 Server within an intranet (Tomcat+MySQL, both latest versions), the hardware is good and enough memory for the jvm. However, I found pages with activity (like the dashboard and user profile pages) are very slow to load, usually 6-10 seconds, whereas the other pages can be lowed with 2 seconds (satisfied). Little has been found when I searched the Internet inlcluding the mailing list archive. Is it normal or abnormal? Are there any profiling tools to identify the time-consuming part? Any suggestions are welcome!
