This is due to a bug in JRCS with too many '@' in a document. Sometimes it might break the archive. Either you fix the archive by adding an '@' around the end of your document where there is only one '@' where they should be 2 '@@' Either you don't care about your version history and you can delete the XWD_ARCHIVE field in your database for the document that has the problem.
Then you need to not have too many '@' in a document until you upgrade to a more recent version of XWiki which has the fixed JRCS lib. You can't just upgrade the libs because the package names have changed. We haven't yet released an official version of XWiki which does not have this problem.
