[xwiki-users] Hide Harder-Bar on Login-Screen

Hi Users, i want to hide the header bar on the login screen and marked for that ###template("startpage.vm") out in login.vm. Then i restart the server. But nothing changed. I cleared the browser cache but this is not the problem. Is this not the right place?
