A blog entry can contain any wiki markup, and even scripts. See the 
syntax here: http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/XWikiSyntax

For your case, you can use the code macro.

Syntax 1.0:

{code:java}
System.out.println("Hello world!");
{code}

Syntax 2.0:

{{code language="java"}}
System.out.println("Hello world!");
{{/code}}
