[xwiki-users] registration email

Hi, the registration mail gets a random encoding I tried to set it to UTF-8 and it works sometimes. But after rebooting from cron it delivers charset=ANSI_X3.4-1968 However, I put the following lines in front of the mail message Subject: Aktivieren Ihres Benutzerkonto auf $wikiname Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 What is wrong with that?
