We don't allow it in wiki id but the host name does not have this kind of limitations.
Indeed, I've added http://ecr-msl.myxwiki.org/ in addition to http://ecrmsl.myxwiki.org/
I made http://ecr-msl.myxwiki.org the default one (used when generating full link).
