You can edit Dashboard.WebHome in object mode and edit the XWIki.GadgetClass object corresponding to the Activity Stream then replace the content with {{velocity}} #if ($hasAdmin) {{activity/}} #end {{/velocity}} This will hide the content of the Activity Stream but it will keep the heading.
