protected area in xwiki page ?

I am an absolute beginner concerning xwiki. I read some of the documentation and find it very confusing. I wrote a java program to create xwiki pages. The upper part of each page is a text that should be editable by the user, the lower part contains a groovy statement which should NOT be editable by the reader.
