[xwiki-users] User Registration

As of this latest XE release, I don't appear to be able to disable user registration. I've got the red "don't" sign in the "Register" checkbox on a bunch of the Rights pages, but it still shows and allows user registration. Am I doing something wrong, or did something change? Thanks! Jamie
