[xwiki-users] added some hql velocity examples in dev guide

I have written up some very simple velocity+hql examples in the dev guide: http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/DevGuide/velocityHqlExamples Perhaps this would turn into a more elaborate tutorial as we get answers to brain[sic]'s questions. :)
