The admin user should actually have all four buttons (Edit/Show/Print/Delete) for all normal pages (including users). Are you even getting the "Edit" button? No problem. There is some documentation currently up on xwiki.org (http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Documentation is the actual link, and by default there is a link on the top left of your local wiki if you're using the xwiki1b1 skin too). It's not quite complete yet (the team currently have their hands full with the impending Beta5 and RC1 releases), but some of the documents there may help you see some of the more interesting things that can be done with XWiki.
