I had talked to Caty about having the footer at the bottom of all pages for consistency reasons and she had a good point: with the tabs (comment, attachments...) and the footer the bottom of the page may end up looking too crowded. WDYT?

We had already commented on the previous proposals and now this is a new proposals which is quite different. Does it mean we need to restart the discussions? Actually I think I'd prefer that the home be 100% about the community only and have a link to direct to the XE page. The current home page could be used as the main home page for the XE project page instead.
* We can make a page like this for the Community space. The ideea was that the Home page present the project first and gives you an overview of the site content.
Conclusion: I'd really like to see a proposal where the home page is a community site proposal showing contributors activities (avatar + names)
