I see that the DocumentTree macro is used more and more in several places (as it should) and I’d like to propose to extract the DocumentTree macro from the Index App.

Rationale is that it doesn’t feel right to depend on lots of other documents if all you need is the DocumentTree macro. Thanks -Vincent

Personally I prefer proposal 1.
