Looks good. I can see only 2 main issues:
- What happens with a lot of wikis or if one wants to hide some wikis? Put a field with autosuggest instead of the list?
autosuggest or revealing scroll
- Tricky mouse interaction -> we're talking about small areas, might be hard to aim correctly with the mouse -> maybe you could add ">>" between the icon and the text to separate them a bit?
if you separate them too much they will look not look like a single item.
