Also, I've seen ADTmag cover some releases: http://adtmag.com/ Maybe they're a good place to contact?

Probably other magazines should be useful? http://www.heise.de/ would probably receive such announcement (they produce C'T among others).

How about IBM DeveloperWorks? Isn't there a GWT-powered-software listing?
