Why is Marta's avatar repeated for the same action (attach files) in collapsed view? Are they going to be linked to two different things? It is also a bit confusing because they don't match the number of attached files. You have to expand to understand that the first avatar is linked to two files attached.

Same, your avatar appears twice for the same action (edit activity stream prototype). IMO it's enough to show the avatar once for the same action (e.g. edit) in collapsed view and to display it multiple times in expanded view. Besides that, I like your proposal. Great job! Thanks, Marius
