I got the XWikiContext and I want to get the object[2] for example. How do I
get this especific object?
I'm working with XWiki.CalendarEvent[] and I want to get an especific
XWiki.CalendarEvent[0] or XWiki.CalendarEvent[2] for example.
Thanks in advance!

Hello all...
I have been trying to edit my S5 template.
I have been able to remove the already existing logo.gif and substitute
my picture in the class editor but it doesn't come up. I wanted to add an
image as a header as well which should've come up when ?xpage=s5b is added.
I changed s5b.vm and s5bheader.vm and tried adding a new css. Are there
any other checkpoints which I might have missed out ? Please advise.

Hi
I am new to xwiki. I follow the document and found out there is no link like 'Administration' on top right corner.
My basic question is how can I login as admin and change setting such as password and valid a newly register user?
the version I use is 1.2 rc1.
Thank you very much.

Hello List,
has there been any progress on that ?
I can attest that, at least out of the box, expanding the XWiki
webapp into the ROOT directory gives rather disatrous effects (i.e.
still loads of paths that are /xwiki/....).
It would be nice to have a rewrite engine but this has to work to
ways, i.e. if I drag-and-drop a link produced by XWiki it should the
short URL that one wishes and not one that is also compatible (but,
e.g., is very long).
thanks for hints. It is most probable by now that we shall build the
intergeo platform on xwiki and curriki...

Hi all,
Working with 1.2-rc-1.6216 I'm failing to remove the default Register
right for Unregistered Users by using the new Rights Management UI.
Please, how could I edit the involved object without using the UI?
It seems that the new RC2 is closer, but I would need to remove this
option from a new virtual xwiki ASAP.
Thanks for your help,
Ricardo

Hi!
Working with 1.2-rc-1.6216.
After setting up a Multi Lingual xwiki, *fr* and *en* are set as the
allowed languages and *fr* as the default one. But when we create new
pages, *en *keeps appearing as Default Language in the Document
Information menu. Document translation offers* fr*, but keeps saying
that we are editing the original document (*en*).
Please, am I misunderstanding something here? Could you figure out what
I am missing or this could be a bug?
Thanks for your help,
Ricardo

I think there was a bug causing this in an older XWiki release. Can you
upgrade to a newer version? What version are you currently using?

Hi Sergiu,
Thank you for the answer. I thought i could set them automatically... Anyway, regarding the opportunity to use some velocity scripts to do it, I've found that if i open a page with WYSIWYG editor i lost all velocity scripts in it. Is there a way to solve this issue (avoiding to use only the wiki editor?
Thanks
Mattia

Rights aren't inherited from the parent.
You can either use space rights, template rights, or use some velocity
scripts to set the rights.
