Hi,
is there a way to change some values from the xwiki.cfg per POST/GET
parameter or per script?
The idea is to adopt the login form and add a drop down box where the users
can select their current subdomain. This value should afterwards be used as
value for the base_DN property.
I'm refereing to the multiple ldap server problem:
http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-2577
Thanks,
Steve

Hi,
Actually, when I change the articles language by the translation feature of
xwiki, the interface of xwiki web page change automatically.
I checked the WEB-INF/lib/xwiki-core-1.5.jar and found the language code
for portuguese is pt, as the language file is
ApplicationResources_pt.properties. So I think you should change you
language list to "pt, en, fr".
Or you can just test if the pt is right by adding "?language=pt" at the end
of your xwiki page url.
Thanks.

Hi Bruno,
Yes, I have solved this problem.
You can't change the languages, because you don't have the Multi language
edition for the page.
steps:
1. follow the user guide
http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Features/I18N and set the
"preferences". assume you use "fr, en" as your multi language set, and "fr"
for default language.
For default, all the page is in "en" edition. At first time you view a page
after you set Multi Language, the page only have other language edit. Hence,
you can't select language as the user guide say. You can only see the "en"
link. Then
2. You edit the page
3. At the right "Document translations" panel, you'll see the " *
You are editing the original document (en).* Existing translations: fr".
4. Then you click the "fr" and edit the "fr" edition
5. save and view
6. next time you visit this page, you will use the "fr" skin for default.
However, something no work. you should add "?language=fr" or "&language=fr"
at the end of the url.

Hi,
I decided to not install any email software on my server, as I don't have
the time and the knowledge to maintain it. I'm used from various PHP
application to use an external SMTP server with authentication, which is
very practical for my purposes...so, is it possible to configure XWiki to
take a SMTP server with authentication (like smtp.gmail) without having a
mail application installed on the server?
Thanks,
