Hi, We use the XWiki to publish about a rare decease, so we like to be high on search results of the search engines Our Wiki is hosted at XWiki.com What advise do you have to get our wiki higher on the search results? (Generic) - Multi language; are the pages recognized if they are translated - URL translation, we have multiple url's pointing at the same wiki-instance (each country of our members has own url example: www.cdlsworld.org and www.cdls-nl.org -> it looks like only cdlsworld.org is on the search lists Gerritjan

[xwiki-users] Activity macro

Hello, since we updated from XWiki 2.7 to 3.1 we have problems with the activity macro. The activities are not displayed instead the output looks as shown in the attached png. We excluded some files from the xar (like XWikiPreferences), so may be we excluded too much? [xwiki-users] Trying to deploy xWiki Enterprise 3.1 on JBoss 5.1 GA, Java 1.6.0_16, Redhat

Hi All, I have been working through removal of conflicting class loading issues (same class loaded in a JAR in the WEB-INF, as in /common/lib or otherwise) however I am now getting the following issue and so far, I havent been able to determine a path around it: ----- 2011-08-01 08:40:25,595 ERROR [org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[jboss.web].[localhost].[/xwiki]] (main) Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.xwiki.container.servlet.XWikiServletContextListener java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to find the Observation Manager component at org.xwiki.container.servlet.XWikiServletContextListener.contextInitialized(XWikiServletContextListener.java:81) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.listenerStart(StandardContext.java:3910) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.start(StandardContext.java:4393) ............ ----- For the JARs I have had to move so far (in order): 1. xercesImpl-2.8.1.jar 2. logback-classic-0.9.29.jar 3. slf4j-api-1.6.1.jar Thanks in advance! [xwiki-users] Annotations are not shown on pages

Hi, I am trying to configure our xwiki to show the annotations on every page. I have configured the Administration - Applications - Annotations like this: Annotations are activated (X) Ja Nein Except for the following spaces Blog Anzeigeeinstellungen Display annotations by default (x) Ja Nein Display annotations highlight by default (X) Ja Nein Nevertheless, I always have to check Annotations, Show annotations to display the Annotations. Any idea how to fix that? Thanks, Christoph

Hi, I would like to customize a bit the print version of xwiki pages (..bin/view/<space>/<page name>?xpage=print). For instance, I want to change the logo only for this print version, other than the logo for the entire wiki. How can I do that? I'm using the last XE version.
