[xwiki-users] Livetable can not sort or filter

Hi, Everyone! My xwiki verison is 6.4.3. I want to use the Livetable macro to achieve to manage my table and paging it. But the table can not sort or filter,i really don’t know I was wrong, could you someguys help me? [xwiki-users] [ANN] XWiki 7.1 released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki 7.1 This release adds important changes and improvements for Extension Manager, Solr Search, Watchlist, a new experimental Flavors mechanism and a Debug mode for performance analysis. Extension Manager provides a summary for the extension diff view in order to ease the navigation of the local code changes. A new Extension History section has also been added, offering support for selective export, import and replay of extension-related history records. Solr Search UI is improved by making it responsive on small screens. The users can now sort, paginate and filter the search results without a page reload. The Flavors and Watchlist Realtime option are currently still experimental, but you are encouraged to test them and provide feedback. The WatchList performance has been improved, especially for the Realtime notification option. The Realtime Watchlist messages are displayed in a more user-friendly way, sending mails for a variety of events, threaded by your email client by the document they occurred in. The Flavor mechanism is allowing the selection of Flavors in the wiki creation step. In the future, XWiki will offer different Flavors and these are steps towards this direction. Under-the-hood there are various mail and job module improvements. The developers can now trigger old Prototype event listeners from jQuery and a new API is available to escape wiki syntax. [xwiki-users] PDF Export sort order using includechilds

Hi All, I have a problem using the PDF-Export feature within XWiki. Using the includechilds option I am exporting all pages within one space. This should be done using an alphabetic sort order. But apparently the sort order is different. Maybe it's the creation date? Does someone know how this works and where I can change the sort order for PDF-Export with multiple pages (including the ToC feature)? Thanks and with best regards, Frederik

[xwiki-users] Private Wiki vs Login Page

Hi together, we try to achieve this scenario: - Private Wiki as a collaborative Intranet - Real restricted mode: only logged in user can see content We "black-checked" wiki rights for non registered users. So far so good, they don't see content unless they logged in as a valid user. What is not working properly is the login page. Logo is broken, and a couple of errors in browsers debug window: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 (Unauthorized) Of course our unregistered user does not have the rights to access ressources - so how can we achieve a proper clean and error free login page? Do we miss a basic concept in xwiki? Extensive reserach does not bring any satisfying strategies... [xwiki-users] Get parts of a page...

I know wiki has a nice macro to select a part of a page based on headers. But headers can be changed and when you translate the page the page holding the macro wil have a ugly error. {{include reference="DocumentToInclude" section="HMySection"}} How could I do it based on the following wiki syntax: (%class="lead")((( Text to be included ))) Text to be excluded 'Text to be included' and 'text to be excluded' can have any wiki-markup I would like to create a macro that would look like {{myGetSectionMacro reference="DocumentToInclude" onlyLeadText="true"}} I could get the whole page by {{myGetSectionMacro reference="DocumentToInclude" onlyLeadText="false"}} I could get only 'Text to be excluded' by {{myGetSectionMacro reference="DocumentToInclude" onlyLeadText="false" onlyRestText="true"}} Any suggestion is welcome Note that the used Class is a bootstrap class that will add markup to the section that will show it as a INTRO text... [xwiki-users] Clustering of Xwiki

Hey everybody, I found some information on clustering for Xwiki where I have to set the observation.remote.enabled to true. Per my understanding the cache would be synchronized between every instance (via Jgroups). Now we want to use the following architecture: We have 2 datacenters. In each datacenter are 2 servers with a Xwiki instance running (so 4 instances in 2 datacenters). As database we want to use Oracle RAC. Is it possible to run these 4 instances on the Oracle RAC? Is it possible to invalidate the cache of another instance if one instance has some write action or something (so it generates a new cache on its own)? We would have 1 loadbalancer to manage the load between the two datacenters and 1 loadbalancer in every datacenter to manage the load between the 2 instances. I fixed problem with encoding (add string in "Meta HTTP info" and add string in conf/server.xml). Thank you for help!
