Hi All,
2 questions regarding the printing of pages:
1. is it possible to "force" a page break for printouts of Wiki-pages to make
sure, that a certain amount of information is on 1 page?
I gather you want a maximum width for your tables. In my experience in
XWiki, wider tables 'fall of the page' when printing in Internet
Explorer (no such thing with Firefox). Page breaks would in my opinion
be a very unwelcome method. Perhaps someone more skilled at CSS can
pinpoint why a print doesn't adhere to page margins?
2. is it possible to repeat part of a wiki-table
(caption)automatically on each page?
If the THEAD element is used for the headings, it should; but I have
my questions about browser support for that.
I need to use those as a middle step before moving to xwiki completely regarding
Quality-related documents..
Thanks,
Sebastian
