Hi Matthias,
I'm sorry but the guy who coded XWord has left the project and the current committers
don't know much about XWord. This is why we've retired it BTW (see the warning on
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/XWiki+Office).
In addition without more details (stack trace needed for example) it's hard to know
what your problem is.
