Hi Vincent,
Thank you for your time and effort. I just tried going to the URL you
specified and the page attempts to load for several minutes and then
displays a character with text "Hi, I'am Skol, the XWiki administrator. The
service you tried to reach is down for maintenance. It will be back soon
and will be faster and more stable. Thanks, Skol".
Please advise.

Note that I've set the default rights so that it's viewable by
everyone but only your user has all the rights to edit, delete,
administer. You can modify the rights to suite your needs.
