Now it look like a WikiManager bug.
Can you get the complete exception log after this error (at least the
stack trace of the NullPointerException) from xwiki.log file ?
A new release (1.0M2) of WikiManager with lot of corrections will be
released this week (hope tomorrow).

And i am quite sure, that i have both plugins installed well. Whats wrong now?

but I can guaranty you that this class is in ApplicationManager jar
plugin so are you really sure that you have add ApplicationManager jar
plugin in you web-app WEB-INF/lib/ directory with WikiManager jar
plugin ?

It's because WikiManager depends on
ApplicationManager (as it is said
in WikiManager plugin page documentation) :
