[xwiki-users] Unable to search [unregistered and normal users]

Hello , I am currently trying to setup Xwiki in my local machine and I am seeing that when I turn off admin role for un-registered and any other users that have been created , those users are unable to perform any search . Search works only when admin role is enabled for any user . Below are the details of my xwiki : xwiki-enterprise for windows Version : 6.3 . Can anyone tell me if this is an issue or if I am missing anything ?
