Try doing this again but without changing anything (don’t change the language preference)
and let us know if you still see the saveandcontinue space.
It could be that we have a bug when changing langage prefs?

It can be found on the dashboard/welcome page in pages
tree. It is also shown in My Recent Modifications panel and in Activity stream, after
modification of xwiki preferences and mail settings. This is probably some bug. It seems
to me that this is something internal which should not be shown and should not be treated
as my modification. The shown pages inside saveandcontinue space are just empty pages.
