We also patched the various bean so they return "" instead of nulls (see
oracle 'empty string are nulls') problem, changed hibernate mapping to
allow nulls, and had to update a bit queries here and there because in
oracle the query in form where field='' can never be true. However it
seems xwiki does not do a proper initialisation and requires a database
script to do it :(
Is there a way to get this script for oracle? Does xwiki supports a
import / export mecanism i could use instead of an sql script?

which version of XWiki do you use? XWiki support the Import/Export, bu
only on the last unstable version.
I can make you a package of the required pages if you use this version.
