On the default wiki, the toolbar is shared globally in the wiki, and
therefore is XWiki.Toolbar.
If you have or want to create a local toolbar for the Main space, then
the page is Main.Toolbar.
Was the link XWiki.Toolbar (correct), xWiki.Toolbar (typo), or did you
expect it to be Main.Toolbar ?

Thus I think that the link on the edit icon is wrong.
The way I've found to modify the Main.Toolbar was to write in my browser the

Thanks to correct this in your next if it is a bug or to explain me why I'm
wrong.
