Hi Thomas, I had a lot more clarity since I enabled debug log as per your suggestion. I could then see what was the information that was being passed between AD & XWiki. And I am so so glad to inform that the Active Directory authentication through XWiki is working... :) Now, I have to move on to setting up my XWiki with the production environment Active Directory (which is SSL). Thanks for your help Thomas...without your nudge in the right direction, this wouldn't have been possible. :) I would definitely like to write a very basic article for beginners about Active Directory Integration(probably with screen shots), especially for those folks who do not have access to IT people in their work field but would still like to have XWiki installed.
