Also, make sure you clear the browser cache and if you have a custom
skin make sure it doesn't overwrite velocity templates that have changed
from 1.8.4 to 1.9.4.

Most things
seems to work quite right, but there is no sign of the UI
improvements:
- The 'Jump to any page' does not appear ( shortcut does not work
either );
- Livetable for showing users does not work;
- The 2.0 syntax wiki editor is still the old one ( no Ajax save and
continue, no improved toolbar, nu improved full screen );
- the 2.0 syntax wysywig editor does not have a 'source' tab
We've went through the usual suspects:
- 2.0 syntax is enabled
- the plugin includes the default plugins from a stock 1.9.4 install
Any ideas to where we should start digging?
