Hi Fernando,
as a last resort, as an admin you can edit an user's page in object edition
mode. Find the "activated" property and switch it to "1", then save
the
page.

Currently, I changed the Registration options so the validation code is
NOT sent to the user. But I can't find a way for an administrator to
activate a user (or deactivate, for that matter).
