XWikiGlobalRights is the XWiki Class used to store rights that have a
"global" reach. That means rights for spaces and the whole wiki.
XWikiRights is the class to store documents rights. These classes have
the same definition but we need a way to differentiate them in order to
be able to protect the preferences pages which are used to store the rights.
admin is a way to give all rights.
programming is a right that is specific for programming scripts
(velocity and groovy). It allows to run groovy scripts and in velocity
to access the "priviledged" api which allows to read more data and
perform saving (note that in the future the "standard" api will allow
saving also when the user visiting the page has edit rights).

When setting up access rights for a space, in the
access rights
editor, there's always a line that reads "XWiki.XWikiGlobalRights".
What does this represent? Is there a global rights setting somewhere?
Also, is there any way to give all rights instead of specifying:
view, edit, comment, admin
I've also seen reference to a right called "programming". Does this
exist? Are there others? Sorry for the barage of questions. Just
trying to get my head around it all.
