I often add a quick entry to my XWiki and forget to tag it properly. What is really
needed is to see items with NULL (no tag) in the tag cloud (or to add a dummy tag at
creation, say NOTAG, to every new item by default, if listing empty tags is not easy) so
these entries can be listed and properly tagged at a later time.
