Hi,
I done setup by this document.
Only problem was HTML encoding part. I could not
find "Change the HTML encoding in XWiki through Administration --> Preferences
--> Presentation --> HTTP Meta information" on 5.1 XWiki
Documentation updated.

some situation XWiki damage my international chars (search, tags with int.characters).
For example:
I wrote some international text to search field - ( some documents are suggest ), but
after pressing Enter and Search page is load, the characters in search field is replaced:
example: I wrote : "šiška" to search field and get "Å¡iÅ¡ka".
Where I forgot set something?
You need to configure all your tools in UTF8: database, servlet container and xwiki.
