Hi, So you want to use a form that adds content to a page (current page or different one?) and the content is displayed as a bullet list. You also need to know if you want it done live (i.e. submitting the form does not reload the page -> you need to write some javascript to achieve this) or upon a page reload (i.e. submitting the form does reload the page). In both cases, you need to have some velocity code that handles the form request and stores the data.
