Would a wiki macro be enough for this use case?
For example, imagine a "sig" macro.
Whenever you wish to add your signature somewhere you'd write: {{sig/}} (or use the
WYSIWYG editor to insert it).
Creating such a macro would be quite easy using wiki macros:
