Thanks to both of you but now it is not allowing me to create a class sheet for the
"XWiki.XWikiServerClass". I need this in order to set up the virtual wiki. Also
other pages are giving me the same error. (4.26)

Try following again the instructions from http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/
bin/view/AdminGuide/InstallationMySQL
As John was saying you may be missing the mysql java connector jar.
In any case this is a DB configuration issue.
