Some more information:
I tried to manually edit my profile and added the following:
WatchListClass 0: Scheduler.WatchListHourlyNotifier
However I'm not getting any notifications.
My email setup is working. I'm using $xwiki.mailsender.sendTextMessage in
other parts of the Wiki and it works great.
