Thanks, that worked!
Btw : it was enought to just copy Main.EventCalendar to another space and
calendar itself works also there (i assume that main and Myspace share
XWiki.CalendarSheet and Event.

yes, that might be the case but since rights are checked on evaluating
the
document content and not preserved from the save moment, it might be
just
a users/rights thing: he removed the user that is the author of that
document or changed its rights in the mean time.

user administrator, which i believe was
