You need to restore the deleted pages. See
http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Features/DocumentLifecycle#HRestore
. You can also do it programmatically. See for instance
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/RestoreSpace and
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Restore+Documents
