[xwiki-users] LiveTable column titles

I am using the LiveTable macro to build a table similar to the one in XWiki.Tableview. I have custom columns and I want to display a column's "pretty name" as its header, but I can't find a way to pass a column "pretty name" in the column properties or otherwise set the column header. The only way I've found to set this column header pretty name is to pass a translationPrefix option in the table options. Is there any way to set the column headers to a "pretty name" without changing / creating translation keys in the core?
