Hi,
I don't think is related to the upgrade.
If you have IE8 or 9 and have the 'Developer Tools' activated, could
you make sure that they run in 'Browser Mode: IE9' (or IE8) and
'Document Mode: IE9 standards' (or IE8).
If it's running in 'Quirks' or 'IE7' will display like in your
imagine
and that's because in IE7 it will look like that (but we don't support
IE7 anymore).
