Done! As you said: <div> was implied. The use of #panelheader() and
#footer() is a bit tricky.

Probably the page has some missing or extra
closing tags (I'd bet on
some </div>s). Validate the content with http://validator.w3.org/ , it
will tell you what's wrong.
