I'm using the Whats New Comments snipplets (I just published it)

A comment RSS should be scriptable in the same way. If you work on it,
publish it on xwiki.org
Best would be to use the Feed plugin based on the Rome API to build the
RSS feeds (we need to redo that part in XWiki to use Rome for that).
