Yes, since profile pages names are used as logins you can use the
standard "rename" feature to change them.
Please note that renaming profile pages is destructive, those users
will lose : rights associated to their account, group memberships,
track of the modifications they've made before the rename (each page
version has an author field, those won't be modified).
