Hello,
How can I identify the reason of not being able to search through extension
repository with Extension Manager?
The symptoms are: no extensions returned on the extension search page, and
following error is displayed in the logs

[
http://192.168.0.3/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmi…]
ERROR aultExtensionRepositoryManager - Failed to search on repository
[org.xwiki.extension.repository.xwiki.internal.XWikiExtensionRepository@17d76c]
with pattern=[polls], offset=[0] and nb=[20]. Ignore and got to next
repository.
Indeed, not very helpful, just seen that I forgot to pass the real
exception to the error log... Fixing that.
Now on the why it's not working:
* do the machine on which XWiki is running has access to internet and
more specifically to
extensions.xwiki.org ?
* did you tested several times ? Maybe
xwiki.org was down or was
restarting when you tested
XWiki 3.3

Roman
